We started our class with Roasted Garlic Bruschetta with Tomato and Basil. This version embellishes the original and is as simple as it is delicious! We then prepared a killer Lasagna, Arugula, Avocado and Grapefruit Individual Salads, Zabalione - an Italian custard, topped with fresh rasperries over vanilla ice cream. Thank you to all that made it out to the Mediterranean Nights class!
