Italian Cookie Class: Biscotti and Sicilian Creams

For our Italian Cookie Class I demonstrated three cookies: Cranberry and Pistachio Biscotti; Classsic Anise Almond Biscotti; and Sicilian Creams. These delights are perfect for dipping in coffee, tea or hot chocolate. They are also perfect for holiday parties and seasonal get togethers. The red and green flecks in the Cranberry and Pistachio Biscotti are particularly festive for the holiday season. The Sicilian Creams - a cream filled shortbread cookie lightly brushed with either a fruit or nut liqueur; look and taste exquisite on any holiday platter!

Many thanks to those who helped make my first class a success! Looking forward to sharing my love of cooking.... stay tuned!!
